Navigating Success
Our process begins with a discovery phase, where we gather and synthesize the data and insights that build an understanding of the patient experience and your brands unique place in that experience. This phase culminates in a brand platform, a blueprint for the creation of program strategy and messaging.
Based on your brand’s place in the lifecycle and your specific Compass engagement, the process then includes one or both of two parallel phases. First, create a multi-year, long-term strategy with recommended programs, including a phased implementation plan and measurement goals. The second phase is, when needed, the creation of a consumer positioning, message, and creative platform.
Both the strategy and the messaging go through a process of testing and validation, which can be as simple as a check-in with a patient advocacy board or as extensive as insight mining and message testing.
Post-validation we then move into execution of phase I. Throughout the process, we implement program measurement and optimization strategies to identify and enhance those programs that are successful and eliminate those that are not.
