Peter H. Nalen
Peter brings over 25 years of marketing and management experience to Compass. Prior to starting Compass, Peter spent 2 years as Vice President of account management, new business development and marketing for SimStar Internet Solutions (now Rosetta), a provider of online marketing services and programs to the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining SimStar, Peter was Vice President and Partner of the Sawtooth Group, a healthcare and consumer products advertising agency.
Peter’s experience also includes marketing positions at companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble and Burton Snowboards.
He started and is currently Chairman of the David Nalen Foundation, a charitable organization in the memory of his older brother who passed away after a long battle with cancer. He serves on the board of Womanspace, charitable organization dedicated to supporting victims and spreading the awareness of domestic violence and sexual assault in New Jersey. He is also a member of the board of trustees for the Stuart Country Day School.
Peter holds a BA from Middlebury College in Literature and Marine Biology, and an MBA in Marketing and Management from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Kristin Marvin Keller
Kristin leads the account and project management disciplines. Prior to starting Compass, Kristin spent 5 years in account management and project management in online pharmaceutical marketing at SimStar Internet Solutions (now Rosetta), working with clients such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Novartis, Sanofi-Synthelabo, and Roche Pharmaceuticals.
Kristin has worked with brands at all different stages of the lifecycle, including phase III pre-launch products and end-stage products.
Kristin’s strong healthcare background has also included work in hospital systems, implementation of clinical trials, and healthcare counseling.
Kristin has a BA in Psychology with a minor in pre-medical studies from Mills College in Oakland, CA. She also serves on the board of Womanspace.
