As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
There was never just one thing. But my top two were to be an architect and a marine biologist. I used to love to sketch and draw in my free time and I still am fascinated when I go to the beach and spot all the different sea creatures.

What has been your proudest moment to date?
Getting married to my wife.

What attracted you to join the Compass team?
For starters, I was really impressed by the sites that they were creating. They were really well done and extremely professional. I also really liked the company culture here. I could tell from the start that this was a family atmosphere, where everyone works really hard to get things done but also supports one another. I really liked that and made we want to join the team.

If you were left on a deserted island for a year, what three things would you bring with you?
1) A knife 2) Rope 3) Fishing equipment/tackle

If you could meet anyone, deceased or living, who would that be and why?
Albert Einstein. Everyone thinks of him as being this serious, brilliant man but I’ve heard he was actually pretty goofy. I would love to be able to meet him and see what the real Albert Einstein was like.
