You went to Penn State and are an extremely loyal alumni; how Is being at compass like attending Penn State?
At Compass, like Penn State, I’m surrounded by really bright people that know how to laugh and have a good time. There’s a lot of team spirit.

What’s the best part about working at Compass?
The environment is supportive and pushes everyone to do their best work, innovate, think harder and better, and do more than you thought you could. We don’t accept “good” here; we always push for great.

Exactly.

Okay, so what’s the worst part about working at Compass?
The commute. I’m not a fan of the commute from Philly.

Even after the move? (30 minutes closer to Philly)
Yeah, it’s still not next door.

If you could be anyone or do anything, what would it be?
Musician by day, inventor by night.
